Do you publish prices?
No. There is no rate card and no dollar amount on this site. The Roof Project Calculator collects the property and the roof, then we follow up with a quote. Call (305) 235-4968 or send your specs.
Where do you work?
Miami-Dade County. This site has pages for Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Pinecrest, Kendall, and Miami. The only office is 12240 SW 128th Ct, Suite 104, Miami, FL 33186.
What license should I look for?
Florida license CCC1335280. RTI Roofing has been in business since 1983.
Can you tell me repair or replacement over the phone?
The recommendation comes from the inspection. We will say when a repair is still the right job and when the roof is past that.
Do you offer pest control?
No. Pest control is not a service of RTI Roofing.
Do you run an overnight emergency crew?
No. We schedule roof inspections. We do not advertise overnight emergency service. Call (305) 235-4968 and we will set a time.
Which roofs do you work on?
Homes and commercial buildings. Metal, asphalt shingle, tile, and flat TPO, plus repairs and full replacements.
Who pulls the permit?
On a replacement, the permit is part of the job. The building department depends on whether the property is inside a city or in unincorporated Miami-Dade. We confirm that at the inspection. A page on this site is not a permit ruling.
Can you document storm damage for my insurance?
We can inspect the roof and describe what we see. We do not guarantee an insurance payment. Call your insurer about your own policy, and call (305) 235-4968 to schedule the inspection.
Schedule the inspection.
Tell us the property and the roof. We follow up with a quote. Nothing on this page is a price.
