A leak is a location problem first. The stain on the ceiling is rarely the place the water entered. RTI Roofing looks for the opening (flashing, a pipe boot, a valley, a cracked tile, a lifted shingle, a drain, a wall joint) before anyone talks about a whole new roof. If the roof is past a useful repair, we say so.

Most repair calls are houses: a closet stain after a hard rain, a tile that slid, a boot cracked by the sun. We treat the house carefully and clean up the area we opened. What you leave with
South Florida sun and summer storms punish the small parts of a roof first. A repair is the right job when those parts are the problem and the field still has life. It is the wrong job when we are chasing a new leak every season. We would rather tell you that on the first visit. There is no rate card for repairs on this site. The scope is written after we see the roof.

RTI Roofing did a phenomenal job in our house. We had severe overheating in one of our rooms in the house. They correctly diagnosed that the roof had lack of ventilation and the heat built up in the attic had no escape path, keeping some rooms 4-6 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. They installed vents, and sealed it perfectly. They also saw that I had a cracked tile and replaced it. The rooms are much more livable now. No. If a patch would only pause the leak, we say replacement. We do not sell a short repair to show a smaller number.
