Questions about roof replacement
Do I have to replace the whole roof if I have one leak?
No. One leak can be a repair. Replacement comes up when the rest of the system is used up or the leak is a symptom of a failed underlayment. The inspection separates those.
Can you reuse my tile?
Sometimes the tile can go back, and sometimes it should not. We decide that after we see the tile and the layer under it. We will not promise reuse from a photo.
How much does a replacement cost?
